Mental health

If you're struggling with something, it's important to talk. There is always someone there to talk to, even if you feel like no one will listen. You’re not alone.  1 in 4 people experience mental ill health at some time in their lives. There are many things in life which can cause people to feel angry, upset, or depressed.

  • Samaritans are always there if you need to talk, in your own way, and off the record, about whatever’s getting to you. You don’t have to be suicidal. Call free on 116 123 or visit www.samaritans.org
  • CruseYouth Line offer free, confidential help to bereaved people www.cruse.org.uk 0870 167 1677 / 0808 808 1677 *local rates apply. Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-2pm 3pm-9pm – 7 days.
