Mental health

If you're struggling with something, it's important to talk. There is always someone there to talk to, even if you feel like no one will listen. You’re not alone.  1 in 4 people experience mental ill health at some time in their lives. There are many things in life which can cause people to feel angry, upset, or depressed.
